When multiple VAIOs are connected through network cables or with wireless
LAN, AV contents stored on other VAIOs can be displayed and viewed just like
your own content. All the networked VAIOs create one integrated environment so
tht you can enjoy stored content from any VAIO in your house, regardless of on
which machine the content is actually stored. With VAIO notebooks, you can
access the AV contents from anywhere in the house using wireless LAN.

With VAIO Media you can access media content that is inside the house from
your VAIO PCs and enjoy stored TV shows, music, and photos. Just select the
content you want to enjoy from the easy-to-use interface. |
TV shows received on a VAIO can be seen on other VAIOs connected on the home
network in real time. Take a VAIO notebook to any room in the house and watch TV
even in rooms without TV reception.
Songs managed in SonicStage can be easily played back. The display of song names
on the play list and album cover images makes finding and playing the songs fast
and easy. You can also search for an artist or a genre and re-order the song
sequence.
The "PHOTO" mode lets you browse digital photos that are stored and organized in
PictureGear Studio. Registered photos are displayed as thumbnails and can be
enlarged by just clicking on the image. A simple click on the playback button on
the screen starts the automated slideshow. You can also set a registered
SonicStage song as your slide
show background music.
